About Me

Coco Bates is a holistic practitioner dedicated to helping individuals align their mind, body, and breath through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy work. With deep Southern roots, Coco’s journey has taken her across the globe, most notably to Rishikesh, India, where she spent an intensive studying at Gurukul Yogashala to earn her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification. Specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, meditation, and breathwork, she guides others to create lasting lifestyle changes and encourages them to embrace the continuous, non-linear journey of healing. Coco is passionate about working with women to connect with their womb space and divine feminine energy, helping them tap into their inner strength and balance. Her philosophy centers on uniting the mind, body, and spirit, creating a safe space for individuals to show up for themselves exactly as they are. She believes true healing isn’t about physical ability or appearance, but about being present and honoring one’s own path. Whether teaching or creating content as a travel influencer, Coco is committed to inspiring transformation and offering compassionate guidance to everyone she works with.
